$20 Sunday for Church Planting

Church Planting is our passion at New Life. Since the early days of the Church, small groups of believers have been moving to new places and starting new churches. Church planting has an incredible impact - over and over, we have seen that more people come to Christ in a new church plant than in an established church. The process of church planting also brings decisions and challenges and sacrifices that catalyze the spiritual maturity of those on the sending team. Our church has planted new churches at Ohio State, Wayne State, Western Michigan, and Eastern Michigan. We have not yet solidified our next location, but we are always working towards it, praying for it, sending our staff to visit other campuses, and inviting them to seek God about whether He would have them go. 

On April 21, we are inviting our whole church to be part of our next church plant through a $20 Sunday. We invite everyone who is able to bring a $20 bill to church or give $20 online. All funds raised will go entirely toward our church planting efforts, either site visits to determine the next church plant location or toward the new church’s budget itself. If 250 of us contributed $20 each, that $5,000 would help build a strong foundation for the next church plant! Let's join together in faith to sow the seeds of the next church.
