In last week's bulletin, Nik challenged us to ask God: who is someone that you can pursue getting some time with this week to talk about how you’re both doing overall, and how living out lifestyles of worship, community, and mission is going?
Did you consider that and get time with someone? I have seen time and time again that those life-on-life discipleship moments are meaningful. Sometimes significant growth happens in just one conversation. More often than not, it's like each conversation is a slow drip filling a bucket. Now, none of us wants to be thinking about a leak in a ceiling, especially this time of year! But I will say that I am always amazed at how each drip seems small, yet it doesn't take long for the bucket to fill. So it is when we gather in small settings to spur one another on and encourage one another. It can sometimes seem insignificant, but it is a discipline that fills us and others over time.
Go in the grace of the LORD,
