Dear New Life,

I am thrilled to announce that we recently recognized Ryan Bondy and Jack Duiven as Pastors/Elders of New Life Church. They will join our existing Elder and Minister Team immediately, though Jack will be stepping out for paternity leave shortly. 

Thank you for your feedback over the past few weeks. Your input was an important part in the final stage of a multi-year process that each of these men has walked through and we are grateful for the work we've seen God do in their lives. Our elder team met to review the feedback, conversations, and development we’ve seen over the last several years and made the final decision to ordain Ryan and Jack as Pastors/Elders

Their day-to-day work assignments will remain the same, with both continuing to serve as Campus Ministry Directors. They will also now formally step into all of our Elder & Minister Team spaces with full decision-making responsibility. Both have already been participating in many of these conversations for some time. 

We invite you to join us on Sunday, December 6th, when we will dedicate time during the service to publicly recognize Ryan and Jack and pray over them. Undoubtedly there will be some delicious treats to enjoy as well.
