We dream of loving as Jesus loved, as a church body, and we had the opportunity to do exactly that with our annual Scarlett Woods Clean Up event yesterday! It was a great day to be teamed up with our friends Judy and Manfred, and love our neighbors in Southeast Ann Arbor. We cleared a lot of buckthorn, English ivy, and other invasive species from the entrance area of Scarlett Woods. The trailhead looks incredibly more inviting now. Most importantly, we had the opportunity to show the love of Jesus in our community, and to invest in old and new relationships with the neighbors of Scarlett Woods. A big thank you to those who were praying and for everyone who served at the event!
