Campus Ministry
Serving Undergrads at the University of Michigan

New Life Church has a large ministry dedicated to sharing the gospel and raising up disciples on the campus of the University of Michigan, featuring multiple Homegroups across campus and annual Fall Retreats and Spring Break Trips. You can learn more about our UMich Campus Ministry and connect with a member of our Campus Ministry staff team by emailing Campus@newlifea2.org

Young Adults Ministries
(Approximately ages 18-35)

We also have a ministry for recent high-school grads, recent college grads, and young professionals, with multiple young-adult homegroups and regular discipleship and fellowship gatherings.  You can learn more about our ministry for young adults by clicking here: Young Adult Phase resources.

Middle Adulthood Ministries
(Approximately ages 35-50)

New Life Church is a multi-generational church, and many adults in our congregation choose to get connected to one of our homegroups, classes, and/or get involved in serving in one of our ministries.  This stage of life usually includes single professionals and families.  You can learn more about our ministry for the middle adult phase of life by clicking here: Middle Adult Phase resources.

Late Adulthood Ministries
(Approximately ages 50-65+)

Similar to middle adulthood, many late adulthood individuals in our congregation choose to get connected to one of our homegroups, classes, and/or serve in one of our ministries.  This includes single professionals, families, empty nesters, retirees, and more. You can learn more about our ministry for the late adult phase of life by clicking here: Late Adult Phase resources.

Elderly Adult Ministries

New Life Church does not currently have a robust ministry supporting the elderly phase of life, but we would like to learn how to minister to this phase of life well!  If there are ways we could better serve you and/or reduce barriers for you to engage in discipleship with us, please speak to a member of the City Staff Team.   You can learn more about our ministry for the elderly adult phase of life by clicking here: Elderly Adult Phase resources.

Singleness Resources

Most of our homegroups are a mix of single and married people and are a great place of support and discipleship. To learn more about our resources for singles, click here: Resources for Singles.

Marriage Resources

New Life Church offers a Pre-Marital Class once a year and a marriage conference every other year.  If your marriage could use support, and you would like to speak to one of our pastors, you can email the pastor team at EMT@newlifea2.org.

Parenting Resources

New Life Church offers online and local parenting resources for early childhood, elementary, middle school, and high school parenting phases, and we host a parenting conference every other year. You can check out our online parenting resources here: Parenting Resources.

Parents/Guardians can also reach out to the City Team at City@newlifea2.org for additional parenting support, or to be connected to a pastor or parenting mentor.

Early-Childhood Care

We aim to welcome babies and toddlers to our church with the same care we would show baby Jesus.  Childcare for ages 5 and under is available for many of our whole-church events and for some homegroups. We also have a gated, quiet, family room with a live stream and a separate nursing room available during services, and high chairs available for all our church meals.

Help for Hard Seasons

If you, or someone you know, is going through a difficult season, we would love to help.  New Life Church offers ministries or has local resource recommendations that offer support for difficult seasons like caregiver support, grief support, divorce care, addiction recovery, financial crisis, and more.
